Public Comment Materials
On July 29, the D.C. Court of Appeals opened a public comment period on diploma privilege in response to our petition. The comment period closed at 11:59 PM on August 12. Although it is our understanding that the court is no longer actively soliciting comments, we leave these resources online for those interested.
For additional information, we suggest our articles.
The court’s notice requesting public comments is available here.
