In July, we filed a petition with the D.C. Court of Appeals and the court opened a public comment period in response. The public comment period closed on August 12, and the court released the public record of comments submitted in response. On September 24, the court issued an order providing for emergency exam-waiver admission for certain applicants, subject to a three-year supervised practice requirement, and temporary licensure for other applicants awaiting the bar exam.
